Return policy

www.PointZero.ca/ www.Point-Zero.com offers a full refund* or exchange on all regular priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with the original tags, within 14 days.

If it was a Gift, Promotional Code or Sale item it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

PS: For hygienic purposes we do not accept returns or exchanges on all swimwear, underwear and the accessories.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the shipment of returned goods along with applicable fees.

Please fill the Return Form, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you. The Company will then issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must be clearly written on the package. All Freight charges and duties from merchandise being returned are to be paid by the customer.

 

All returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of www.PointZero.ca/

Until the Company receives the returned item(s), you are responsible for any loss. Where appropriate, your payment will be refunded to your account within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the return confirmation email.

Special Request:

If you wish to drop off your return item to the store you must get an authorized number via email before presenting to the store otherwise the store holds the right to refuse the return in perpetuity.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

All promotion code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed at the time of purchase. It cannot be combined with any other offer and/or sale item.

The discount applies solely to regular price merchandise only, before applicable taxes.

No adjustments on previous purchases will be made. The discount may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent at any time.

IN STORE RETURNS

You are not able to return products purchased on the website to a Point Zero retail store for a refund or an exchange.

SEASONAL AND SPECIAL SALES EVENTS RETURN POLICY

From time to time Point Zero will launch exclusive online sales where we offer our customers outstanding special pricing on our collection.

In order to offer the best possible price during those sales we will not be accepting any returns, unless there is a manufacture defect. We will offer exchanges for the same item but for a different color or size (if stock is available). We may charge you for shipping for the return and sending of the item, but that will be determined on a case by case base. Also we will not offer any price match for any product purchased prior to these online sales.

FINAL SALES means Final sales and there is no return policy for any final sales items sold. Please remember, we will not issue any RA# for FINAL SALES items.

IN-STORE PURCHASE

If an item was purchased in a Point Zero store or any other retailer carrying Point Zero, the item needs to be brought back to the same location of purchase for any exchanges, returns, or defective merchandise with a proof of purchase (invoice).

You can only do so in stores and not by phone or online. Please contact the original store you made the purchase at, if the store has any questions they will contact our quality control department directly. We cannot accept any return or exchange for orders made at any other retailer.

90 DAYS WARRANTY

A manufacturing defect is any flaw within the design or material of a product which includes; zipper, splitting seems, loss of a button or snap.

We offer 90 days warranty for all our products in case of quality issues excluding normal wear and tear. Note that Point Zero reserves the right to refuse any repair at its sole discretion. Any damage such as tears in material, discoloration of leather or fabric, loss of fur, feather loss, improper care, damages caused by dry cleaners or negligence will not be covered by our warranty and repair, if possible, may be subject to a fee. Any jacket altered by a third party, will void the warranty provided by Point Zero. Point Zero items purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler must be returned to that same retailer in order to benefit from their provided warranty.
