Please allow 3-10 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you select.

Currently all of Point Zero Products are shipped via FedEx, Purolator and Canada Post (subject to be changed).

Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders of $150 or more placed online at for standard shipping in Canada only. No promo code is required to redeem free shipping.

The $150 is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Not valid on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice.

All orders within Canada are shipped within 3-10 business days of placing an order.

The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select. Orders shipped to the United States will ship between 3-10 business days.

Sometimes called a pre-order or backorder, a Special Order is an order that can be purchased in advance of when it arrives at our distribution center. Special Orders let you secure items before we have them in stock. As soon as we have your Special Order ready, we’ll ship it to you directly. While we do our very best to ensure your order is shipped on or before this date, sometimes things can take a little longer than expected due to supply chain issues. Once your order does ship, you can expect to receive it in 3-5 business days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

When an order is sent to us from our site, we are unable to change or cancel your order. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "Place Order."

If you need to change/exchange or return an item that you ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as you receive it. If you want to add an item to a recently placed order, please place a new order.
